The Power of Forgiveness: I am 100% for feeling your feelings. If you're angry at someone or something then it's so important you feel that anger and accept it as part of you. But, at some point, you need to allow it to settle and release. This audio helps you to forgive yourself and others so that you can look forward without old hangs ups influencing your unconscious reactions and feelings.

The Future is Bright: The most powerful hypnotherapy script I've found for shifting blocks and helping people see opportunities and a positive future. Sometimes life can seem so dark and depressing but by working with your unconscious to shift your perspective, you can open up to new possibilities and a more positive and happy future.

Figuring out Your Purpose: This is all about getting in touch with your intuition and figuring out what message you want to share with the world. Some people might get a bolt from the blue about what this should be, but most people need to take some time and meditate on what their heart and higher good is trying to tell them.
